Responsibilities:
- Crabs Claw Oceanfront Caribbean Restaurant open year round
- Verify identification and age requirements of customers
- Mix traditional and creative cocktails
- Process payment from customers
- Clean glasses and bar utensils
- Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
- Open and maintain tabs throughout shift
- Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
- Inventory, Ordering, Control and Management of Complete Bar and Liquor Room
- Must be Able to work at least 45-50 Hours per week
- Mature, Responsible and be able to pass drug test
- Key Holder Security background check
