Fresh Local Snapper Blackened Resting on a Bed of Rumba Rice Infused with Black Bean Salsa, Topped with a Tasso Ham, Peppers and Onions Cream Sauce, Garnished with Tortilla Straws
A Filet of Grilled Salmon or Mahi Over a Bed of Rhumba Rice and Peas, Topped with Honey, Butter, Brown Sugar Sauted Plantains. Topped with a Warm Sweet Tropical Sunshine Sauce.
Local Pretty, Purple Sushi Grade Tuna Rolled in Our Homemade Blackening Seasonings and Slapped on a Smoking Hot Cast Iron Flat Top. Served On Top of a Bed of Greens Surrounded by Pineapple Mango Salsa. Garnished with Sweet Roasted Red Pepper Sauce with a Chilled Quinoa Asian Blend Salad.

However, you're welcome to book a reservation online. Online reservations cannot be made for same day -- please call! When you make an online reservation, please note in the comments whether you'd like a table outside on our ocean decks or inside.
